Kilin is shorter than his new 'brothers', still technically younger than the Dwarven age of majority, he has a bit to grow. Kilin has unremarkable brown eyes and brown hair. His beard is still a few years away yet. He can usually be seen wearing his leather armor, trophies, and bandana, carrying his weapons just about everywhere.

Kilin was once an orphan at the Arylon Orphanage. When Kethryllia Hawksong returned from delivering Thraim to his new vocation, Kilaim Law Wielder came to the orphanage to inquire if there were any apprentices available for him. He was introduced to Kilin, who at first didn't like the idea of going into the sewers, but quickly decided that having a job was better than living on the streets. He has since grown into his role as apprentice vermin-slayer trying to take after his master in all ways, but not quite acquiring his master's wit or out-going personality.

Kilin is full of youthful exuberance more than wisdom, but is less intelligent than his friend Thraim. He has been known to foolishly take on his own private contracts on the side to eliminate vermin, or guide through the sewers. After several close calls, he is lucky to be alive, but still continues to perform these acts of stupidity.

Kilin also lives at the Forge, and has his own room. He has become one of the Law Wielder brothers, adopted into their family unit, leaving them wondering if he will show an interest in the Law, preferably on the same side as they are.
