The Arylon City Council The Arylon City Council was composed of submissions authored by some of the early members of the project. They were originally conceived of as personas of the project members. The turnover on the project was such that it would've been problematic to let every member have a persona on the city council. To my knowledge, the issue was never finally resolved. The only subs I have for council members are all from earlier project members.
